Picktor is a social picture management service & community that enables users to manage their photos, share their photos, and interact with their online communities.

Originating from a vision of freedom, Picktor was pieced together on a six hour plane ride from New York City to San Francisco. It was born out of a desire to change the way we manage our photos and communicate them to our family, friends, and the social world. The picktor team, collaborated to create an easy to use, consumer-centric, picture management service. We enable users to take control of their photos from everywhere (i.e. Social Networks, Photo Sharing Sites, and Photo Storage Platforms) from one single place, utilizing the simplicity and ease of use.

Picktor allows users to communicate and manage with all of their popular social communities (i.e. Facebook, Myspace, Friendster, Hi5, Orkut, or many more)

The team is headquartered in the Silicon Valley. We just have fun creating new applications and software in the "web-two-point-oh" space. The idea is to create useful utility applications and make them fun.
